In our restaurant like in Italy, kids of all ages are more than welcome in all types of restaurants. Italians love kids and tolerate their presence in basically any situation. So why not in American Italian restaurants too? We don’t know why many Italian restaurants in this country have small tables and formal affairs. Here at Aversano’s you can bring the whole family, the cousins too. No size party is too big for us, because when you’re here you’re our family.

A typical Italian menu is divided into antipasti, primi, and secondi, with contorni (sides) and dolci at the end. Italians have a full meal structure that sounds like a lot, because it is! Truth be told, Italians in Italy don’t actually eat every single course at every single meal. In Italy, a full meal starting with appetizers and ending with a dessert and coffee is typically saved for special occasions. The fancy Italian restaurants in America may make you think you must order from every section, but real Italians pick and choose. Do you want only two courses? No problem here at Aversano’s.
