Aversano’s pizza crust are hand tossed and baked with the right texture and fluffiness. We strategically manage and mix the right temperature of water, flour, yeast, and other ingredients we use for our pizza dough. Then we use our brick ovens to bake the dough to produce a clean and charred flavor. We also have gluten free pizza crust.

Aversano’s Cheese

We use fresh hand grated 100% Mozzarella, Feta, Ricotta, and Provolone cheese in our Pizza. We mastered the right ratio of cheese to compliment the any topping and sauce combination. The key is to ensure that the cheese are spread evenly and melted at the right temperature.

Aversano’s Vegetable Toppings

Each pizza selection on our menu can be customized the any vegetable of your choice. All of the vegetables carefully selected to maximize freshness and quality. Here are some vegetable options for your pizza:

Mushroom, Bell Peppers, Olives, Broccoli, Zucchini, Onions, Garlic, Roma Tomatoes, Lettuce, Jalapeno, Artichoke Hearts, and Spinach. These can be lightly sautéed and fully cooked.

We stay true to our Italian heritage when it comes to our pizza sauces. Our refined recipe only use the most robust and fresh ingredients to differentiates our flavors. The main sauces we use for our pizzas are our classic Marinara, White Sauce, Pesto, and/or BBQ sauce.
